Job Requirements
Excellent guest service skills.
Good ability to communicate and work effectively with guests in high volume setting
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to meet deadlines
Trained and able to demonstrate competency in all film crew positions

1. Deliver the GuestFirst principles of friendly, helpful, clean, and fast.
2. Maintain a Facility that is clean, safe, and in good repair.
3. Provide a Film Experience that is comfortable, distraction-free, and picture perfect.
4. Ensure that Food and Beverage products are fresh, appetizing, and properly prepared.
5. Perform Film Crew functions, as business levels require.
6. Resolve guest questions, concerns, and issues.
7. Ensure picture perfect presentations.
8. Perform other duties as directed by management.
9. Uphold AMC’s Business Practice Standards and ensure compliance with company programs.
