Division-Alcan Pharmaceutical Americas


The Medical Flexibles Division manages $106 Million in annual Revenue. This involves 600+ Customers, who are supplied by products manufactured at 5 Alcan Packaging Plants.


Foster teamwork with Sales and our Manufacturing Plants in developing and maintaining customer specific inventory management programs. Strong customer orientation. Strong Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Act as a leader in issue resolutions. Habitually strives to be the preferred supplier through total customer satisfaction.

4-year College degree required. Manufacturing industry experienced required. Packaging experience is a plus. Experience working in a MRP manufacturing & service intensive environment. Experience interacting directly with external customers. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Mature individual with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong initiative and results orientation. Works independently without constant supervision. Maintains a positive and flexible attitude. Creates and implements new processes and innovative methods. Always an excellent team member, providing constructive feedback and coaching to teammates. High degree of accuracy and strong problem solving skills. Proficient with Excel & Word software. MRP System experience. Willing to travel.
