About the Company
MTC operates centers for Job Corps—a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) funded job-training program for disadvantaged youths between 16 – 24 years. Ninety-eight percent of our students live at the center during their training. Counselors and advisors help them to overcome social and emotional barriers to employment. Additionally, we provide academic, vocational and recreational programs, leadership opportunities, health care, and substance abuse counseling to raise self-esteem and enhance student life.

Help Management & Training Corporation (MTC) be a leader in the Education industry by acting as the Residential Living Manager who provides accommodations for residents; welcomes residents; assigns rooms; inspecting premises; contracts with and supervises maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal services; purchases and repairs furniture; identifies need for renovations; orders supplies; secures facility; relays messages; maintains order; completes reports; helps residents.

Qualifications

  • Three years related experience in a group life situation, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity.

  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of database, word processing, and email software.

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.

  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving records
