The SAVO Group (SAVO) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in downtown Chicago. The Sales Development Representative must be a seasoned professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have a passion for sales. This individual will report to the VP of Mid Market Sales, and will be tasked with qualifying leads and gaining an understanding and accessing potential client’s business pains.
For this key position, SAVO values candidates who have:
3 years experience with telesales or telemarketing with a technology company
proven experience converting inquiries to qualified leads in software/technology environment
aggressive phone work
proven experience meeting/exceeding weekly/monthly/quarterly objectives
discovery skills and good questioning
efficient with MS Office and WebEx
good time management skills
ability to lead and direct meetings
develop key metrics and measure performance constantly
ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
great motivator
high energy
CRM, Content management, or LMS industry experience are also highly desirable
