Job Description: Perform diverse and sometimes complex administrative duties for the Every Day With Rachael Ray Advertising Sales/Marketing Staff. These duties will include preparing sales proposals, custom presentations, managing the prospecting/customer database, event coordination as well as other sales functions. On-going daily administrative responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, answering phones, correspondence, expense reports, ordering supplies, etc. This position will interact with and act as a liaison with a variety of clients and internal departments, (i.e., marketing research, etc.) to coordinate materials, events and requests in an efficient manner Qualifications: Experience: Three to five years administrative sales/marketing assistant experience required, in a sales, advertising, marketing, and/or publishing environment. priorities/tasks.
