This position assists the Client Relations Manager (CRM) with all facets of the day to day office duties. This includes AP/AR, billing, collections, client service, sales report generation, supply inventory and ordering, data entry, some soft selling, various phone work and assisting the CRM with their duties when needed. Also aiding and assisting in the writing up of the tree and plant health care work orders for the Arborists. Ability to take care of escalated client issues as they arise, being able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and adaptability to changes in processes and procedures. The individual in this position wears many hats and requires them to be very flexible with various multi-tasking duties.
Requirements:
Associate degree preferred but not required
Must be flexible in ever changing environments
Be an innovative pro-active problem solver
Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize as work warrants
Must have excellent communication skills to serve both internal and external clients
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
1 year experience in a direct client contact sale and service environment
