AHIMA has an immediate need for CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVES
Successful candidates will have the desire and personal energy to make a positive difference in a not-for-profit environment. Customer Relations is part of Marketing and Sales team
Our ideal candidate:
Has a customer focused and caring attitude
Is a great team player and is self motivated
Believes in life-long learning
Must possess a strong customer-centered philosophy and develop an understanding of and agreement with the Association guiding Principles and Values
Has a true desire to help others
Requirements:
Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
Positive personality and the ability to work successfully with a variety of professional levels
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
The ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to input data at a minimum of 45 WPM
Customer service, call center and/or sales experience
The ability to communicate with customers through a variety of means—via telephone; e-mail, fax, or regular mail correspondence
Knowledge of adherence and workforce procedures a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of Health Information Management a plus.
