Digital Insights & Analytics Mission:  
Develop consumer focused research that uncovers unique, own-able insights into how consumers interact with media, messages and brands.  Additionally, we seek to quantify the impact our advertising has on consumers from a brand and sales perspective.  Pulling it all together, we ensure all research executed is actionable and has the ability to impact the media planning process.    

Project Overview:
The primary role of the analyst is to execute the data tabulation / analysis and report generation for the client(s) that he/she is assigned to. Such initiatives range from conducting advertising effectiveness studies to executing primary consumer insights research around a client’s target.  A secondary role of the Analyst is to become an expert in and to assist the media planners with the interpretation & usage of syndicated media research data (i.e. comScore, Nielsen Net//Ratings, Forrester, MRI, etc.). Additionally, the Associate will have a chance to contribute to the proprietary research initiatives undertaken by the agency.

Only those who meet ALL the following requirements will be considered:
- A degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, business, operations, or psychology (Minimum 3.2 major GPA required)
- Quantitative coursework required (i.e. statistics, 300-400-500 level mathematics courses)
- Expertise in basic statistics (t-tests, ANOVA, regression, etc.) and knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
- Stellar oral presentation skills
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Proficiency in SPSS and MS Access a bonus
- An innovative mind
- A drive to excel down a career path in the research side of the media/advertising business.
