The selected candidate will, under general direction of the Asset Manager be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless on approved leave.
Clean and maintain all interior and exterior and public areas of the assigned building. Make repairs to building plumbing, fixtures, electrical systems, appliances, windows, locks, mechanical heating and other equipment.
Make repairs and provide final clean-up of apartments for occupancy in accordance with HUD and HACC requirements and timeframes. Process invoices, bills, reports, records, and work orders. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems and electrical repairs/installations required.
Ability to read pressure gauges, valves, thermometers etc required.
The Resident Custodian and eligible family must reside on-site, and in the unit assigned by the HACC, and must qualify for occupancy in accordance with HUD requirements and regulations. Excellent salary and benefit package.
