The Suites Collection is comprised of three distinctive executive business centers; each is located in a unique, award-winning property in downtown Chicago. We offer furnished offices for the entrepreneur in a fully serviced environment. Providing our tenants receptionist services, secretarial services, a break-room with daily coffee service and on-site management allows them to concentrate on their work and not their work environment.
We are currently looking for a receptionist to represent one of our locations, someone who will be the ambassador for our company and our tenants’ companies through excellent interpersonal, verbal and written interactions. An ideal candidate will pay sharp attention to detail, have a polished and professional attitude and appearance, a pleasant personality and excellent grammar.
The receptionist’s main responsibilities include: promptly answering a multi-line phone system, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude toward callers and forwarding callers to the appropriate tenant. They will welcome and announce visitors, be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the reception area, provide secretarial/word-processing assistance to our clients and assist the Suites Manager and other team members with various projects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher education
2 – 4 years experience as a receptionist
Microsoft Office knowledge, mainly Microsoft Word & Excel
Must be flexible, committed & punctual
Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment. You will represent 50 different businesses.
Must be able to work in a team environment, but also take own initiative.
