Member Service Representative-Full Time

San Francisco-based Patelco Credit Union is one of the largest and most successful credit unions in the United States. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representatives in our Deerfield, IL branch.

Candidates should:

Have strong customer service skills (banking or retail experience a plus)
Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent computer skills MS Windows and MS Office (Word & Excel)
Be detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task
Be a team-player, motivated, and flexible with working hours
Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment
Must have High School Diploma/GED
