Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

TCA Holdings, LLC seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Corporate Center located on the north side of Chicago. TCA Holdings, LLC is the parent company of MIDTOWN ATHLETIC CLUBS and Proactive Partners.

Our remarkable team of associates is committed to excellence and provides the following business functions in support of our clubs: finance, accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, IT services, human resources, benefits, marketing, risk management, and employee training and development.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position is responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls, greeting guests, handling the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining reservation schedules for all conference rooms. In addition, maintaining office equipment including copiers, fax machines, postage machine and paper shredders. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will offer support to our business departments and will work closely with the Office Manager on different tasks.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and possess the ability to prioritize effectively. The desired individual will possess exceptional verbal and written communications and customer service skills, resourcefulness, confidence, motivation, optimism, and have a pleasant demeanor. Moreover be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
