Responsible for all food and beverage service in the lounge and/or dining cars. Lead Service Attendants (LSA’s) must provide polite, efficient and courteous service to passengers in a fast-paced environment. Supervises dining/lounge car staff, including all monetary transactions, FDA compliance, inventory reports and accounting functions. Responsible for proper stocking, loading, preparation and clean-up of food cars before trips and prepares inventory reports. Adherence to FDA sanitation laws, Amtrak Service Standards, safety rules and uniform policy required.

Pay rate: LSA Diner - $16.70/hr, LSA Lounge - $14.87/hr, & $60/day while training
