Account Service Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Client Services manager to join our Lead Management and Sales Support division.

This division was created from the belief that the relationship between sales and marketing is driven by the accessibility, usability, and quality of data. Our Lead Management offerings help to fill this gap between sales and marketing at B2B companies using technology and a proven closed-loop methodology. As the Account Service Manager, you’ll be working with our clients’ sales and marketing departments to listen, understand, collaborate, and create solutions.

Some of the areas you’ll be involved in include:
Overseeing internal account coordinator related functions
Coordinating related agency account manager activity
Directly managing high level relationships
Developing a standard set of tools and practices to streamline the entire client facing effort

To be successful in this role, you must exhibit a strong “presence”, excellent communication skills and solid marketing/database knowledge, in order to build the client’s confidence and trust in our ability to take the right approach and make the right recommendations. In addition, you’ll need to have a track record of successful direct client service in a service-based organization. Ideal backgrounds would include some B2B sales experience in addition to client services experience at a telemarketing firm, IT services provider, CRM software company, or a similar organization. You should have excellent computer skills along with an understanding of targeted marketing and relational databases.
