South Central Community Services, Inc., located on the south side of Chicago, is a comprehensive human service agency committed to improving the quality of life for individuals and families by providing mental health, educational, socio-economic and recreational programs and services throughout metropolitan Chicago.

Currently, qualified applicants are needed to fill a Quality Assurance Monitor position for south side location.

Position Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Officer, the Quality Assurance Monitor will review, report, and assess the quality of services and documentation; the effectiveness of program’s policies and procedures, and program compliance with all state policy and procedures and contractual agreements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field with
2 years of quality assurance experience or related experience in social service.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
Knowledge of various report formats.
Previous experience in data collection and data analysis.
Excellent command of the English language.
Access to an automobile.
Valid Illinois driver’s license.
Ability to work flexible hours.
