This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your customer service experience in a busy environment to assist customers in collecting, posting, and batching customer payments. This individual is responsible for maintaining a cash drawer with balanced cash, checks, and money orders in compliance with existing procedures. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and detail oriented individual who is great with customers and can efficiently process any upgrades, downgrades, and customer information.
Qualifications include 1- 2 years previous customer service experience in banking or telecommunications/cable company preferred. Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge is a must. Must be able to work to a flexible schedule and capable of independent problem solving.
