As a part of our Restaurant Management team, your responsibilities will include:
Train and develop employees to ensure exceptional guest service
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and cleanliness
Order and receive food deliveries checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation
Schedule staff hours and assign duties
Account for all company funds and inventory on assigned shifts
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
Ability to create a fun and productive work environment
