Customer Service Representative

This position will be located downtown Chicago at 175 West Jackson Street.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Mechanical Premium Department.

Responsibilities include:

Entering new accounts in AS400 system with accuracy
Interact with clients, various levels of Management, and other departments within the organization
Accepting high volume calls from customers

Requires:

High School or GED
3+ years in Business environment, office experience preferred
Experience in a call center environment
Excellent analytical and customer service skills
Strong PC skills, must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with Lotus Notes preferred
Ability to type at least 20 wpm
