Corporate Lease Administrator

Our company is constantly growing and we are looking for outstanding innovative individuals that can grow with us. We are currently seeking a Lease Administrator for our downtown corporate office. Essential Job Responsibilities:

Monitor assigned portfolio of monthly rent increases
Track and input lease renewal information in an automated accounting system

Generate reports, perform queries and make changes as necessary

Communicate with managers to ensure proper mailing of rent increase notifications
Review accounting reports contact management immediately regarding inaccuracies

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required along with three or more year’s related experience. The ability to work and communicate with all levels of management is desirable in this position. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
