As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide courteous, knowledgeable and helpful information and/or services to customers, merchants, and other individuals they may interact with at the Customer Service Center and/or Carousel. This will include:

Provide center-related information
Sell services and/or products offered
Promote mall marketing events and/or promotions
Other duties as assigned
