Fast-paced small interactive agency seeks a full-time Internet Support Specialist and Office Manager. Duties will be divided roughly 50/50 between support and office management.
As our Internet Support Specialist, you will assist customers (via phone and email) with using websites, web-based applications and administrative tools. The job also includes some testing of new products and troubleshooting applications. Previous experience with or knowledge of software support or development is a plus.
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for the inventory and ordering of all office supplies, meeting set-up, booking travel, greeting visitors, back-up phone duty on a multi-line system serving two offices, generally keeping the office running smoothly and of course other duties as assigned.
Our emphasis is on customer service and analytical skills, problem solving, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Previous customer service experience is a plus. You should be a self-starter who works well with little or no supervision.
You must have deep and demonstrable experience with the Internet (strong web and email skills), Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) and Windows operating systems. While people skills are very important, your technical aptitude is also critical.
JGSullivan Interactive recognizes people as our most valuable asset. Our competitive salary and benefits package includes 401K, medical and dental insurance, prescription drug coverage, pre-tax accounts for health care, disability benefits, life insurance, and a vision-care plan. Generous Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, and personal days), paid company holidays, tuition reimbursement and a casual dress atmosphere add value to being a member of the JGSullivan Interactive team.
