In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support and service that exceeds the expectations of new and existing customers. This will involve:
Answering ACD and direct calls to assist customers with the first line of technical support
Recommending product solutions
Accurately entering orders and tracking shipments
Investigating backorders and freight charge discrepancies
Checking stock and quoting prices
Investigating freight charge discrepancies
Keeping customer information updated
Reporting CARs and special customer requirements as necessary
Position Requirements:
Keys to success include:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of customer service experience or related
Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, telephone and organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel and Internet/Email
Detail oriented
