Customer Service Representative
Delivers a quality customer service experience; provides customers with account information regarding financial products and services via the telephone; identifies customer financial needs, cross-sells bank products and services, and refers to bankers as appropriate. Demonstrates initiative, good judgment and a positive enthusiastic attitude. Keeps abreast of changes to bank products and services, call center policy and procedures, and federal regulations regarding banking and compliance.
Customer focused; strong oral and written communication and listening skills; pleasant voice quality (good pace, volume, inflection, intensity, and tone); basic computer/Internet skills, good problem solving and judgment skills; innovative, proactive
and goal oriented; strong work ethic; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to change. Flexibility is extremely important. Must be available from 6:00 a.m. to Midnight, schedule will fall in between these hours. College Degree or
equivalent work experience. At least two years of customer service and/or retail sales experience required. BILINGUAL
SKILLS A PLUS (Spanish/English and Polish/English).
