Customer Service Representative (1429)

Description

Responsible for answering telephone calls for multiple product lines. Answer emails generated from Plumbing Products Division websites. Utilize the People Soft system, websites and printed materials to retrieve and process information in order to answer customer questions and manufacturer's representatives' requests. Requests include product availability, product information, shipping information, order tracking, expediting orders, partial shipments of orders, debit and credit requests and processing freight claims.


Required Skills

High School Diploma required, Post High School education a plus. Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), Internet Explorer, People Soft experience a plus. Must posses team building skills, People skills, Telephone etiquette, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Multi tasking and organizatinal skills.


Required Experience

3-4 years customer service phone experience. A team player with excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. Must possess initiative and good problem solving skills. An enthusiastic professional with good customer relations and time management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Windows, calculator and good typing skills.
