Our Customer Care team handles calls from customers with pre-sales support inquiries, after-sales support issues, technical questions on products, and cross-selling Dyson products & services to existing customers. Our fast-paced and changing environment will enable you to develop, implement, and deliver service solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for successfully handling 60-80 customer calls per day.
· Daily call tracking for sales order entry, advice calls, warranty parts & repairs.
· Provide customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries.
· Strives for one-call resolution of customer issues.
· Meet Dyson’s productivity and quality expectations and standards.
· Empowered to handle escalated customer inquiries with the end-goal being complete customer satisfaction.
· Uses available resources and sound judgment to deliver exceptional customer service.
· Genuine desire to work cooperatively with others and to be part of a team.
· Supportive of co-workers and promote a positive attitude. Consistent, pleasant attitude towards helping customers.

· Assist with special projects as dictated by business need
Key Qualifications:
· Minimum of two years experience in a Customer Service or retail position; Call Center or customer service environment is preferred.
· High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
· High level of customer service orientation required—a desire to help or serve others, to identify and meet their needs.
· Excellent demonstrated negotiating and customer service skills with the unique ability to handle customer inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
· Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
· Self-motivated and an exceptional team player.
· Proactive with a drive for results.
· Knowledge of customer relationship management software (Siebel) and call management systems (Avaya BCMS/CMS) is preferred.
· Analytical Thinking—understanding a situation by breaking it into smaller pieces, or tracing the implications of a situation in a step-by-step, causal way.
· Conceptual Thinking—understanding a situation or problem by putting the pieces together. Includes identifying patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related and identifying key or underlying issues in complex situations. Ability to troubleshoot and answer questions about Dyson products.
