We are currently expanding staff to help meet strong demand from our clients. All SALES professionals from entry level and up will be considered as we continue to expand.

Job Description:
Working in all areas of the recruiting sales cycle, you will be responsible for marketing and selling ICS consulting and placement services to new and existing clients. Identification of hiring managers Interview and Screening of potential applicants in person and on the phone for Legal or Technology positions at our client sites. Build and maintain applicant pipelines. Setting up interviews and with clients and candidates
Contractor rate negotiations, Negotiating full time compensation packages including salary, bonus, vacation, stock packages and sign on bonus.

Requirements
Requirements:
•Strong prior phone and cold calling experience is a major plus.
•Ability to meet aggressive weekly and monthly goals.
•Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
•You should be highly motivated with proven track record of generating sales activity
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•Heavy customer service orientation
•Detail oriented with excellent follow-up and strong closing skills
•Strong team player
•Ability to work well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
