We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support throughout the organization. This position will be highly adaptive and job duties may vary daily. The Administrative Assistant will provide support for the Recruiting groups as well as the Finance and Benefits Administration department.
Five years of related experience, plus excellent communication skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are required. Additional skills and qualities required for this position include:
Minimum five years of professional corporate experience
Professional experience in a staffing/recruiting firm highly preferred
Able to organize and prioritize varying responsibilities daily
Good people skills, team-oriented
Computer skills (experience with MS Office tools required and Lotus Notes desired)
Polished professional skills, work focus and sense of responsibility
Adaptable to new environments and changing job responsibilities
