POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Coordinate ordering process for custom made items

Must enjoy interacting with customers while representing the company professionally

Investigate and resolve customer problems / issues

Professional phone manner and the ability to work independently

Typing speed of 30wpm

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator experience a plus

Bachelor's degree a plus

Prior Customer Service experience required
