POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
Evening hours are flexible and are designed around students' schedules
Must be able to train for 4 weeks from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday
Process customer orders via phone, internet, and fax
Complete a variety of misc. projects from Marketing and other departments
Review and release customer orders and catalog requests
Working knowledge of e-mails, computers, and web site navigation
Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers
Strong writing skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment are required
Must be currently enrolled in college to qualify for program
