Customer Service Representative

Our Lisle, Illinois office is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced call center. In this position, you will provide service to the DDIL client base through effective oral and written communication, as well as troubleshoot and resolve all types of dental claim related inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide accurate and timely response to all subscriber, dentist, broker, and group administrator inquiries by phone, mail, and email.
Provide accurate and timely claim adjustments for clients when necessary.
Initiate and follow through on all requests for adjustment, check investigations, and overpayment letters.
Complete and maintain internal processes to ensure world class service to subscribers, dentists, brokers, and group administrators.
Requirements of the position include:

Dental office experience preferred.
Knowledge of insurance reimbursement practices, i.e. claim processing policies, coordination of benefits and dental terminology.
Strong customer service skills in a multi-tasking, inbound call center environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Strong preference given to candidates with English/Spanish bilingual skills.
