Description:
Volt Services Group is looking for an experienced and professional Real Estate Paralegal to join one of Chicago's top law firms. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for leading the transaction process all the way to after the closing process. Such transactions could include: deeds, preparing the bills of sale, working with lease documents, and working with titles.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree plus 4-8 years of strong experience as a Real Estate Paralegal within a large firm. Experience with the above Real Estate legal transactions is also required.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are also required. Strong computer skills are also necessary for the position.
