ENA has Course Operations Representative position currently available. Responsibilities include interpretation and administration of the Course Administrative Guidelines in relation to the TNCC/ENPC/CATN courses developed by ENA. The Course Operations Representative approves courses, processes course applications, sales orders, and post course materials.
If you have a minimum of one year customer service experience, good telephone customer service skills, strong data entry and Microsoft Word and Excel skills, we’d love to see your resume. Previous association experience is a plus!
