Description
Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management seeks a bright, detail-oriented individual for a Receptionist position working out of the Chicago office.
Responsibilities
Standard reception area responsibilities such as answering the main number; greet and care for clients, vendors, and visitors. Present positive image of Atlantic Trust.
Budgeting and bill payment. Track project expenses, compare and relate to budget.
Assist Facility and Office manager with cost analysis and/or spreadsheet analysis.
Records Management: Call in requested materials for outside storage, input data, track service calls, create data files of new records to storage, assist with consolidation of database for all AT sites. Send out notices of data destruction to departments, track destruction of materials with confirmations.
Subscriptions: Update records annually and as needed; prepare materials for internal distribution.
Service Requests: Receive and process all services requests for Office Services such as: building management maintenance requests, lighting, cleaning services, etc.
Required Skills
College degree preferred or related work experience
3-5 years of reception experience
Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
