Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund

This fund offers college scholarships to students with financial need who display academic excellence, strong citizenship and character, and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to society.

The intent of this award is to enable students to attend the college of their choice without accumulating burdensome debt. Applicants must be permanent residents of New England or Mid-Atlantic States, and must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The award is renewable for up to four undergraduate years provided a GPA on a 4.0 scale of 2.5 is maintained and financial need does not change substantially. All grants must be applied to tuition and fees only and will be paid directly to the institution.
